I'm so sorry. She was beautiful. I had a sheltie a few years ago. I came home from work one day and she had unexpectly passed away. She was the sweetest, loving dog that I ever had.

I am so very sorry that you had to let Shelby go, It is a very difficult decision but you did the right thing. What a beautiful girl she was. She will be waiting for you over the Rainbow Bridge.

I'm so sorry for your loss. It really is like losing a family member. I had to make that decision five years ago and I still miss my dear Duncan (corgi) as much now as then. You made the right decision. That is why she clung to you the past few days. She knew the end was close and she wanted to spend as much time with you as possible and let you know it was time to go. Duncan did the same thing. Even though they are gone, they are never that far away. Please take care.
