SoCal yes. LA Riverside and San Berdoo counties. Some allegedly moved from SoCal to UT and took it there.

You were able to get eggs from CA even though there is a quarantine because of the vNC?

Certain counties are effected. Restriction is by zipcode. Mostly in Southern CA but also by Santa rosa.

I candled eggs this morning, won't have time to again until lockdown. For sure only 1 fertile egg from my girls, but from my Nn so that's a good turn.

All 12 of the shipped eggs are still developing. Super happy with those results since 3 were broken during shipping. 13 left in the bator until lockdown.

Looked back over all the comments looking for my first post about setting eggs for the Hal and didn't find it...guess I posted it on KiKi's Balut thread.

Anyway....candled this morning instead of waiting. I have a hard time sitting on my hands.
Out of 73 chickens set there are 65 viables.
And now holding 32 duck eggs out of 40.

Holy smokes, I forgot to report my set totals. My classroom hatch crew set 24 of my Mix flock eggs, and 6 Polish eggs from one of my students. That's a total of 30 eggs. These will be hatching the Monday after Easter... hopefully.

There might be a restriction on getting chicks and eggs shipped to you. If there are no new cases in 120 days the restriction should be lifted
