Are they pretty easy to raise? I've seen LOTS of baby Red ear sliders for sale $20 bucks...is that cheap? I want another pet and want either a Bearded Dragon, or a Turtle. What does a turtle need? Is it expensive?

Pretty much, all my brother does is feed (well I mostly feed it) and clean its tank. But I dunno, the cost cause it's my brother's. Oh, and 10
