I love your signature. I agree. If everyone knew what went on in a slaughter house, we'd all be vegetarians. I live in a family of nine, and my mom can't special cook for me, so I don't have the option to be a vegetarian, otherwise I definitely would. I read a book called Eat Meat, and it explains how animals are raised and slaughtered, and I cried. I love animals dearly, and I think if you are going to kill an animal for meat, that animal should be raised right, and you should be thankful for the lives that are being taken to provide for you. The only meat I eat at the moment is from a farm that grass feed their cattle, and they free range their chickens and pigs, and they treat them with dignity and respect. I think everyone should know how animals are raised and slaughtered and treated on dairy farms, egg farms, etc. I may only be 14 years old, but I do know that animals have feelings too, and they need love and respect just like a human would. Just because they are being raised for meat, does not mean that they should be treated so horribly.
