Good morning everyone! What fun to wake up and read about everyone's pips and hatches....

I slept horribly last night... Not sure why, except that I kept dreaming about hatching and switching incubators and moving eggs to a hatcher and adding more eggs to the bator and.......

To make matters worse, my bator is at work, so it's not like I can just get up and take a peek... Maybe that's better... I probably would have gotten NO sleep!

I think I need to take a break from hatching.... Only problem is, I have 2 separate sets of chicken eggs in the bator plus 2 more eggs that will hopefully hatch today or tomorrow, one set of duck eggs in there with another to set tomorrow, and at least one more set of shipped eggs on the way!! Oh, and let's not forget that I am supposed to be getting turkey eggs sometime in April.... Oh boy.... I've got it bad.... Hatcher's Anonymous anyone???

I take it back. Just added a small rag because humidity was a little low and wanted to watch it before I left for work and low and behold if one of the olive egger eggs aren't pipped. Still couldn't get anyone to cheep at me though. What do you think the odds are that it will hatch in the next 30 min. So I fan watch?

Hi Everyone! So happy to see people getting pips and even hatching:) we have 9 in lockdown (had another couple of quitters that be left in the incubator just in case but didn't move to the hatcher). I had a misunderstanding with a sick horse and a fence yesterday and ended up in a full leg immobilizer and crutches for the unforeseen future so our posts will be slow lol! I am way behind now on the thread but I am really looking forward to the hatch and we will hopefully see some pips of our own very soon!
Oh no! Hope you're keeping comfortable. We'll be wishing you a speedy recovery!

Oh my.... Hope you heal fast. Things can get ugly in the blink of an eye with horses!! My youngest son ended up in a splint at the county fair one year when his horse stepped on the back of his shoe, then stood on his bare ankle until a couple of guys could shove him off... Miraculously, his ankle wasn't broken! Tough kid, took the splint off and wore his older sister's boots so he could run barrels in the show the next day!

Hope the sick horse is doing better too!!

Sorry, odds are slim. It's been 3 hours since mine pipped. Going to be a long day!

Happy Good Friday! I am so certain I heard my first "chirp" come from the bator last night, although the hubsy thinks I'm insane. (I heard it I know I did) No pips yet that I can see, but Im only starting day 20 here around 9 am or so.

Everyone is into hatching gear!
I have pips and peeps! Good luck everyone!! The chicks are coming!!! The chicks are coming!!
