Well, might I start with Happy April Fools Day because the story I am about to share involves April Fools Day. I wanted to pull a great April Fools prank so I went on Craigslist and I rented a duck. When my Dad got home he was not expecting that. And might I say he DID NOT think it was funny. My punishment is, I can't play with the five chickens for an entire 24 hours. Oh well. I'll think of a better trick next year!

Oh my they are adorable! The first picture is definitely a keeper, you must be an experienced chick picture taker! lol You guys with these black chicks are killing me lol I want a black chicken! Off to go look up chicken breeds that can come in black... Lol

Calendar says tomorrow is HATCH DAY!

But she isn't in lockdown silly girl!

I told her watch that humidity, she just bawked at me! swore she rolled her eyes!
She was up eating and pooping so fast I don't know what happened! LOL

and she wins 1st place in the Largest Broody poo contest!

We measured her width all splattered out on the nest 17.5 INCHES across!
I swear I could fit fifty plus eggs under that girl!

I WISH I videotaped it! haha he was SOOOO mad!!! He came home and I was sitting on the ground with a duck in my hands!!!! You shouldv'e seen the look on his face!
