That is exactly my thought! I use to see kids without them all the time and thought.. never.. not my kids! HA! Its warm enough now that i will allow a heavy sweat shirt tho! I hope this nice weather stays!Oh, I have a 14, 12, 9, & 4 yr.old. I fight with every one of them about wearing a coat. Yesterday: Mom, I don't want to wear a coat..........................Me: There's snow on the ground, are you trying to make me look like a bad mother?????
I wouldn't even know how to start processing a bird... I'll just call cousin brad if I need to. ( he's the family hunter) lolI had one try to peck me when feeding him. He was in a wire cage. I came home that night, put the big canning pot on the stove and started the processing. My 14 year old DD came in and kind of stared. I looked up, feathers in my hand and said "Oh Hi! I am a bit behind on getting dinner ready tonight." She turned and quickly went up stairs. I did tell her that I was kidding-he needed to rest a couple of days first.
He was very tasty!

I turn 3 times or 5 times a day depending on if I'll be home all day or not. I don't know of you messed them up but I would start turning more.So I dared candle the 10 eggs in the tiny Bator and 7 of them look great, only you can clearly see the chicks all on the X side, so I think I am not turning them enough, we do it at least once a day. Is it too late for them now? Did we mess them up? Is there a correction?
2 look empty
1 has the red circle of death.
Not pulling them till day 10 though.
I agree with ronI had one try to peck me when feeding him. He was in a wire cage. I came home that night, put the big canning pot on the stove and started the processing.
