You don't need to shell out a ton. Just buy Donna's SBEL eggs. The pullet I kept from last year's hatch lays at least 21 days in a row before taking a day off. Powerhouse large blue egg layers!

How's personality on them? Cause I know Leghorns and some EEs can be flighty

 I get to go to a swap Saturday! I am so excited! It's for 2 of my local chicken groups. I'm taking some Silkie eggs since they're the only thing that has 100% fertility right now. I am so ready to get more eggs. I have an empty bator that needs eggs!

She is average, comes back in When I call them. Not super flighty, but not cuddly. One of my favorites is an EE from MPC

So I candle 1/17 is clear 1/17 I can't be sure of and the other 15 are doing great even with the temp spike of 110 degrees

I wouldn't do that. I would offer them for $5 a pullet $3.50 strait run like I offered my friends. I produce good birds they will come back

and send friends.
