Ok young man, you are considered the Golden Child around here Not the petulant child. How about. . . .Oh man The eggs i was counting on fell thru ! Their poor rooster died. Can anybody help me out ? I would really like to have _____ eggs for the HAL.

Thanks I hate having bad days... I try to have a positive outlook on things, but ones to chickens... I get upset more then normal... I m hoping for something... The quail eggs are coming a week late, but ya some of mine are laying, but not very much.. I will hatch some, but the showgirls were a dream of mine, but it would be nice to get some still.. I have 3 weeks, my Aussies should, and my others... Hopefully... Thanks the rest of you it's nice to have help...no one around here seems to have eggs this early... Makes no sense...

The good news is my dad told me I could tear down the porch out of my room.. So I am going to use at to build my HUGE run for the showbirds this week... YAH , and 10 ducks come on Thursday... YAH

I know you would prefer showgirls, so we'll see what pops up. There's lots of folks on the thread, including myself, who would be happy to help you.
If you can't find anything locally and still want to do the hatch a long, I would send you some EE or Faverolles eggs. They will travel from Maine, but just say the word.

I will keep you in mind. I lost most of my EE, well I only ever had 4, and I still have 3, but more blues and greens would be nice... Hmmm lol the thought process goes aweful when it comes to eggs and chicks... Let me see what's going on with the the birds in 3 weeks.

Yay on the fertile eggs!!!! And cake mmmm even better. My girls made cake today too. They used food color to dye it fun colors.

OH NO!!!! Experiment time with the cake tomorrow.

@Happy Chooks, @ronott1 and everyone else, I just looked at the list again and the ivermectin mentioned is a combo of ivermectin and lincomycin, it's a feed additive for swine, so fear not, pretty sure you'll still be able to get ivermectin. Also, if I read the article correctly, it looks like the only drugs affected are the water solubles and the ones meant for feed, so maybe one will still be able to buy injectables?

Everytime I hear that, I sort of.. Kind of.. Blush.. Lol... Idk why, but it brings the lit toting bit of feminine side of me out... Lol thanks, I texted a girl from Ohio that has a ton of them, and frizzled ones and everything, but I bet they will be expensive.. Which is everything..
