The 7th Annual BYC Easter Hatch-A-Long!

Will do. We met @cree57i and @RavynFallen about 5 hours north and picked up eggs, a chick, and a Buddy Henry Backwoods Poultry isabelle leghorn cockeral.

We set 1st import Isbars, isabelle leghorns, dark brown leghorns, wheaten sulmtaler, AMs, and EEs. Shipped the ones that wouldnt fit in the bator to @Alaskan. Those eggs will have traveled over 5000 miles upon (hopefully) arrival

We're actually pretty lucky on our place in that regard. They dropped a nice, deep well and our well is free flowing, actually had to put a cap on it or I'd have a continuously running stream from the well. It has a spigot on it right at the well, though I've not had to use it in a power outage. Our water still seems to run and fill, even without power. But if it didn't, could step out and draw right from the well.

Wow, what a nice set-up! A free flowing spring/well!
