I have a brown chinese STILL laying. I took all but 2 eggs so she continues with the same nest! The rest were frozen and cracked so they went to the hogs. Crazy, but she was a late year hatch so I think her cycle is off.

Winter goslings are hard to raise since there is no grass so and can't go out in the cold water so it's understandable!
Are you going to hatch 90 goslings? Wow

I am going to stary doing fodder for my geese in the next few weeks. The geese, ducks, muscovys (I dont count them as ducks. They r my mutant babies

), turkeys and chickens all love greens so I thought I would do fodder. Plus its delicious and nutrious!! ( read with a little tune!) Wow I am in a good mood this morning!!!

I'd love to do something like that but lack of space makes it not good here, so I ferment their feed and buy greens at the grocery. Let us know how it goes and with pics if possible.

Yes, I set every egg I get once the hard freeze passes! I have 4 gander and 11 goose. Keeping American Buff, Chinese and Embden.

Awesome to be in a good mood, I love to be around cheerful folks! I will be starting sprouts myself this week since the freeze is coming also. Geese love lots of greens.
