Yeah, we had to add the second one, they used to share, but then Nine (gander) would kick April (goose) out and the poor thing looked so sad pretending to rummage nearby until it was her turn. I borrowed the barrel idea for the pools from Zazouse, after seeing it in one of her pictures. Speaking of which, Zazouse! I love your pictures! Your White Chinese look so pretty with your peacocks nearby. Do they get along, or is it because each group has enough space of their own?

I know that sad look and have added extra pools or feed bowls to yards when I see that. I even moved a group of dewlaps to another property because when free-ranging with my africans, they always had that look at the feeding/kiddie pool area no matter how many bowls/pools I set out.

Awwww poor little guys!! I'm glad they have their own water to play in. Geese are so funny.

Such a pretty place.
Thanks! My dad jokes that the geese got the pretty part of the yard

GB are those Plumera cuttings in the pots? Ours in the aviary are about to bloom for the first time.
We have a plumeria in the pink pot (left side, towards the back) Good eye! It has white flowers. Yours are in the aviary?! Its going to look so pretty in there when they bloom! The plants in the black pots (toward the front) are trees that I planted from seeds earlier this year. I hope the winter cold doesnt kill them.

Very cool, set them close to the house for extra protection, but you are farther south than us even so you should be good. Yeah we have all of ours in the aviary with the mandarins and Wood ducks. they have Mexican Petunia in there too along with ferns and patio palms, oh and tikis too. Going to resod their aviary at the end of October and put the next boxes back in place.
