what a great story, I could feel every minute of tragedy along the way! I also had a helluva time getting silkies. I had a breeder promise me that he would sell them to me, I even paid $20 online to him only to have him NOT return my calls and just give me the total run around. I was probably near tears as opposed to my teen son! After a bit of a scramble I found a woman an hour away who has more than enough silkies and that how we got our 6 silkies and 2 polish. enjoy!
