Yes, they gave him a shot and 5 days worth of pills. That is all they can legally prescribe here. Absurd government rules. Like you can get over broken bones in 5 days!

Crazy what the government can get away with. Husband went to bed. The cats were running around like crazy last night, all night. I just tuned it out and zoned in on my breathing with the machine. Slept great. Poor husband listens to everything when he is asleep. Maybe i will feed them canned food to make them feel fat and sleepy tonight.

You people with your CPAP's...you just don't realize what the rest of us hear!
Seriously, The old CPAP is in the corner, and I am tempted to turn it on just so I can play with the mask! I used to love playing tunes on my husband's face while he slept.
Occasionally I would touch the mask too hard, and he would wake enough to ask what I was doing. I knew he wasn't really awake, so I would just tell him, "I'm playing. Now go back to sleep."

My husband has his own room downstairs, which is why the dog and cats are in my room upstairs. I snore, so the cpap just adds another type of noise. But he hears and smells everything. The other day the cat pooped in the upstairs litter box. He smelled it downstairs! I swear he was a dog in a previous life.
