The All Night Diners

Pics
So i am still wide awake. Thinking about what needs to be done on the coop.
1. Hang door
2. Attach pallets to front of coop (done)
3. Attach skirts to front and back of coop. (Done)
4. Measure how much roof i need to put on to cover cattle panels. (Done)
5. Mark and cut plywood ends to attach over the top of the pallets. (Marked both and cut part of one. Need to mark and cut the door hole.)
6. Attach plywood, then add hardware cloth above that for ventilation.
7. Hang tarps before applying roof so roof overlaps tarps for security.(did half)
8. Apply roof. I have three panels attached to each other but may need to add more. Hope i have enough, have 3 more.
9. Bury hardware cloth skirts or apply rocks to the area.
10. Cut and install perches.
11. Build and install nest boxes. No one is laying yet, but better to do it now than when it is snowing.
12. Install waterer, build or buy feeders and install.
Piece of cake. Ha, well it will get done asap.

I kind of wonder about ENT mds. I have a tube in my ear, and they tell me to not get water in it. Ok. Then he tells me to put drops in my ear three times a day. Liquid drops. Does anyone else see anything wrong with this scenario?

Here is the latest picture of the coop.
