The birds you posted look like they could be actual Ameraucanas. The roo looks like a young wheaten. He has a horn colored bill, not the yellow one a mixed breed would have. His eyes look like they could be bay. Cant see his legs and sitting does not give an idea of "type". The hen looks like what you would expect from a young white. Since they are different varieties they would not breed true if crossed and if you would be interested in breeding them try and pick up the opposite sex from a breeder . If you breed them, you may have white chicks since that color is usually dominant, but there will be the wheaten in the mix and if you keep the line going it will get funky with colors. So, you have options...breed a nonstandard Ameraucana with what you have or get more birds and work with the varieties, white and wheaten.
