So if we’re doing this do we still only get one loner? Or would the wolves from previous packs (like say Timmy) be able to join even though they aren’t technically loners? Also who were you thinking for the alphas?

One Loner per a BYC member, though, in some cases I've let an occasional second Loner come on. If your original Loner became part of a pack, you're free to make a second one. The thing I don't want, is wolves being created just to join this new pack. I want the Alphas to invite an already created wolf to join it. And yes, wolves from previous packs would be welcome to join too, if they either left, or was kicked out of their previous pack. It's not 100% final that there's going to be a new pack yet, but @RoosterWhisperer has mentioned it to me, and I LOVE the idea.

Again, it's not 100% set in stone yet. The Alphas are two wolves that one, was kicked out of his pack by a Loner, and the other left. They've already got a start of a pack, so this might happen.
