Not long after, Álfr had two pups next to her and she was panting hard, she wasn't sure if she'd have another yet and knew that if she was it could very well be not until the next day. She yawned and finished cleaning the second pup. A boy and a girl so far, she smiled at them and then at Blazer. "Our babies," she whispered tiredly to him.

Álfr soon made it back to the den and set the pup down, collapsing gently as she could next to it. Whip immediately pushed herself far into her mother's belly fur and started suckling.
Ashera lingered, not sure what to do.

Blazer carefully laid Gerald down by Álfr. He walked around Álfr, and laid down next to her.

Gerald crawled next to Whip.
