(originally I was going to wait for @Lacy Duckwing to explain it to you, since I am new to RP too, but since your here I guess I will explain as best I can. you pick/ design a character and fill out a character form (on the first page of the thread). It’s like writing a story except with other people, you are communicating with them through the perspective of your character.
To answer your previous question, I think there are an infinite amount of Mid Rank positions.)
