The Antler Mountains ~A Wolf RP~

Gerald put his ears forward and moved around like he wasn't going to be seen.
Blazer closed his eyes. "They just won't ever stop fighting." He complained.

"Try being locked up somewhere and having the dangerous poke things at you." Ted replied. "Try being in a ring where your enemies are bigger than you and want to kill you as loud cheering goes on all around and terrible smells." Ted paused. "Try being the only wolf in a dog fight." He said quietly more to himself, though Uhtred could hear.
“We fought a lot when you first took the pack,” she pointed out to him.

“Dog? Dogfight? Ring?” these were all foreign subjects to Uhtred.

Blazer opened his eyes again. "Must be where they get it." He responded.

"Yeah." Ted replied. "And that's all you need to know. It's nothing you ever want to encounter."

“Must be, with a hardheaded father and stubborn mother,” she chuckled, trying to lighten the mood.

“There’s a rumor of a wolf that eats other wolves going around lately…” Uhtred said hesitantly as he was beginning to suspect Ted of being the source of that rumor.
"Ok." Hunter replied. "We're almost there." He encouraged.
”I know, I can smell it,” Tayuga said.

Chandi continued wandering for awhile, truthfully he had no idea where he was but he figured he could find his way home now that he had a general direction. He was on the ground now, a vulnerable place for one so small, but he smelled familiar wolves, and it was a familiar place, it was the place Ashera had found him the one day, not too far from another wolf pack.

"Yeah." Blazer chuckled a little too.

Ted stopped walking and sighed. "That strange coyote is spreading that, right?" Ted asked.

Hunter smiled. "Do you want to take the lead?" He asked to see if Tayuga wanted to. "I'll stay by until you get to your parents."

Hato was just coming back to the den. He was carrying a rabbit and had no idea that a couple of pups were gone. Owen, one of the pups, was following him all discouraged. "I'll never be able to catch anything." He whimpered.

Álfr tried to smile at him, “So are you ready to explain what you’ve been hiding from me?” she asked him gently, she wasn’t going to give it up but she didn’t want to fight with him again.

“Could be, I’ve never met it,” Uhtred said. “Is there any truth to it..?” he added.

“I’m ok, they’re going to be upset with me anyway, I’m supposed to stay within pack territory unless it’s hunting practice with another wolf,” Tayuga said, tucking his tail between his legs a little bit.

Chandi continued on his way at a quick prance, his tail swishing catlike. He continued for awhile, now even less sure where he was. He sat and looked around. He was on the edge of an almost deserty looking area with sparse trees and lots of hiding places.
