Timmy went back over to Cody who had been laying there patiently. "I'm sorry, Cody," Timmy told his son, "Your mommy and sister distracted me."

Cody sat up and wagged his tail. "It's ok daddy." He stood on his hind feet.
Hazel stopped once more. She was panting again. “Now are you able to get down?” she asked. Aspen shook her head and clung on even tighter. “Alright, then,” Hazel got ready to spin again. “Wait! Mommy, look! What’s over there?” Aspen asked in a small voice. Hazel looked to where Aspen had been looking. After a moment, she too noticed it. Something was watching them in a far away bush. “Timmy!” Hazel called.

(I’m not sure what it should be... you can decide!)

Timmy smiled at Cody's show. Cody tried to spin as he stood on his hind feet. Hearing Hazel, Timmy quickly looked. "What?" He asked with concern.

(How about a bull moose? But you said watching, so maybe a bobcat or something? )

“Okay,” Brynn sighed. She trudged back to the den and waited at the entrance. “Daddy?” she called quietly.
*Tallulah followed her pups into the den and layed down in the nest as well. She yawned before looking toward Owen and the other pups. It was stressful looking after them for sure, but she loved them. She believed someday that they would make excellent young adults.*

Owen went in with Tallulah. He stayed away from Hato and Brynn, but stayed by Tallulah. He curled up and closed his eyes.

“I hope so,” Brynn muttered sleepily. She was hoping to make her parents proud and maybe even be allowed to go out on her own in the near future. Her eyes started to close.
"You will," Hato whispered even quieter.

“There!” Hazel tried to be somewhat quiet as to not make whatever was watching them make any sudden movements toward them, but she needed to get Timmy to see it. Aspen finally let go of her mother’s tail and plunked onto the ground.

(Oh, yeah, a bobcat would be good.)
