Digging as he went, Timmy started slowly climbing up the cliffside. "Crazy bird." He thought as he climbed. "And Hazel was all upset over him!"

Vito flew and dived at Timmy. He pushed on Timmy’s head with his legs. He wasn’t normally so cruel, but he was still jealous.

Vishnu gave one last cry, loud as he could before collapsing to the earth, panting. "So... hot..." he rasped as the flames licked their way closer and closer to him, he could smell his own fur starting to singe.

Alfr's own smile grew and she layed her ears back shyly, "Interesting," she said, almost in awe. Then she caught herself and growled softly. She stood promptly, stuck her nose in the air and walked to the edge of the cave, sitting down in a huff. What is wrong with me?! She thought to herself almost angrily.

Ade led the way, sniffing everywhich way.

Blazer watched Álfr as she walked away before laying his head on his paws and remembering the times with the Alpha before Hunter, Trevor, when they'd come here for refuge. He felt a tear almost come to his eye at the thought of Trevor. "Don't worry, Trevor. I repaid Hunter for what he did to you." Blazer promised.

Jock contuied following, occasionally looking back at the fire.

Hato tried leading them the best he could, but the flames seemed to be trying to stop them everywhere.

Tatsuya, threw his blurry vison, saw bright orange everywhere.

Vito flew and dived at Timmy. He pushed on Timmy’s head with his legs. He wasn’t normally so cruel, but he was still jealous.

Timmy almost acted like he was expecting that. Without any warning, Timmy latched onto both of Vito's legs tightly, ready to take Vito down with him, or better, Vito fly him up to the top.

Blazer watched Álfr as she walked away before laying his head on his paws and remembering the times with the Alpha before Hunter, Trevor, when they'd come here for refuge. He felt a tear almost come to his eye at the thought of Trevor. "Don't worry, Trevor. I repaid Hunter for what he did to you." Blazer promised.

Jock contuied following, occasionally looking back at the fire.

Tatsuya, threw his blurry vison, saw bright orange everywhere.

"We're going to be fine." Hato falsely promised hoping that it would be true as he led the two through the burning forest.

Álfr caught herself looking back almost but huffed again and looked back to the water. She stomped her paw angrily at herself.

Ade found a pond and looked at it for a moment. It was shallow but fire couldn't travel across the water. She waded in, the water barely coming up to her stomach.

Vito shrieked and flipped out. He pecked at Timmy’s eye.

Vishnu winced and whined as the fire reached his flesh. He screamed when he felt the first burns, then passed out from the pain. In his sleep he dreamed of his wolf parents. The fire swallowed the small fox without a second thought and left only the charred remains of his bones.
