Vito snapped at him.

Hazel limped closer. “He’s my friend.”
"I know." Timmy quickly replied. "And there he is." Timmy switched his tail, then turned to walk in the opposite direction that he had came from.

“What is wrong with you, Timmy?” She was trying to process everything that just happened. Hazel motioned to Vito and he hopped onto her back. He gave out some light screeches at his sore wings.

Timmy stopped, but didn't turn around to look at her. "What's wrong with me?" He quoted almost sounding offended. "You told me to leave. I saw your bird, so I brought him back to you. Now I'm leaving again like you told me. Figured I'd leave anyways, didn't ya?" He paused and waited for her answer.

“No, you were already leaving. What was I supposed to do, huh? I didn’t want you to leave. You wanted to leave me.” She told him trying not to sound too angry. She was glad that Vito was back, but she didn’t like what Timmy had done to get him here. “So yeah, of course you were going to leave. It’s like what you said at the beginning. I’m just not good enough for you.”

Timmy rolled his eyes as he breathed out. "Really?" He said in a tone that sounded as if he thought she was lying. "You really think that?" He nodded his head as if in unbelief, but paused, suddenly thinking about something she had said. "You, not good enough for me?" He asked. "What's that supposed to mean?"

“I-I don’t know,” she said kind of embarrassed. She looked down and lightly pawed the ground. “Were you not wanting to leave?” She looked at him again.
