The Antler Mountains ~A Wolf RP~

Akua groomed his fur, watching the birds leap and flutter through the branches above. A few new fledglings chased each other though the branches, playing happily.
Akua sighed. He missed his family. His dead littermates. He could tell Aruna thought about them often, too. They had been too young to go.

Tawny caught a familiar scent and her heart dropped, no way. Again? She crept forwards, maybe she could just observe without him noticing?

Akua closed his eyes. At least he had Aruna. There was no one he cared about more. But sometimes he really did wish he had more of his family with him.

Akua, hearing a rustle, peeked open one of his eyes. He caught a familiar scent. It was her! He just barely stopped himself from springing up and greeting her. Maybe she was just passing through. Or maybe she was here to say hello. Either way, he should let her approach so he didn’t scare here. So he shut his eyes again after he was sure his face was at its most handsomest.

Tawny crept forward “how’d I get here again?” She muttered, “um excuse me.” She crept over “I believe we met yesterday. I um accidentally ended up here again, can you point me back to my pack?”

“Oh! Hello! It’s you again. How do you keep winding up back here?” He grinned.
“I can. There’s, uh, no rush though. You’re allowed to hunt here, after all.”
