“Timmy? What’s wrong?” Hazel suddenly got very worried. She decided to forget about Jax for a minute.
Hato pretended to be asleep, and tried to be, but his head was too full of worries.
"Ah- nothing." Timmy looked away for the first time since he met Jax. "I'm fine."
"Heheh, yeah, sure you do," Uhtred mocked from his stump, way out of reach of any of his adoptive siblings. "You're amazing too Korrin," Uhtred said, a surprisingly sad tone in his voice, he realized that he didn't really know this amazingly kind and persistent female wolf that had been raising him, very well. And not even she knew his story. If someone looked at it a certain way, it would seem they were complete strangers.
Khali sniffed for their scents and found Caiden's first. She followed it over to the bush that Miyuki was hiding in earlier. "Found you!!" She said excitedly. "Now where is Miyuki?" She asked while looking for her scent.

Ashera followed, her grace returning, she didn't smell blood and she was happy about that. She quickly outpaced Blazer, her body moving like it itself was the earth was how in tune with the earth she was. Even at her speed though, there was a certain... watched feeling about her steps.
