Timmy stopped. He laid down on his side. "Want to rest for a couple of minutes?" He asked pulling his injured leg up because it was throbbing in pain.

Blazer knew it would be a very hard thing to do, but destroying Hunter wasn't worth losing Álfr over. Blazer nodded his head yes. "I will." He promised quietly. "For you."

Caiden wagged his tail as he ran close to Khali's side. As he ran, he happily threw his head back and howled in the wind.

Wanna do Miya and hunter tomorrow, or hunter and Taiyo?

Caiden wagged his tail as he ran close to Khali's side. As he ran, he happily threw his head back and howled in the wind.

Khali looked over at Caiden in awe. She loved his howling so much. She kept running and was so happy that she howled a not the best howl herself.

She smiled at him, then rose to stand next to him. Her sides were heaving with exhaustion but she figured she shouldn't sleep out in the open. "Ashera, did you get the pup to safety?" she asked quietly, knowing full well that Ashera was somewhere she could hear her.
Ashera came bolting round the corner, "Yeah," she panted when she arrived. "You're a mess!" she exclaimed, looking Álfr over.
"So are you," Álfr retorted, looking at all the sticks in Ashera's fur.

“Sure,” Hazel smiled lightly and laid down. “Thanks for protecting me, Timmy. What he was saying wasn’t true. He was just jealous.” She looked down after saying that.

Khali looked over at Caiden in awe. She loved his howling so much. She kept running and was so happy that she howled a not the best howl herself.

Caiden kept the pace. He felt as if he was in paradise.

Blazer stood against Álfr so she could lean against him. "Here, let's have a new start. We can have Bobcat Cave as our den instead." He told Álfr, trying to get his mind away from the pup that was just brought up.

Caiden kept the pace. He felt as if he was in paradise.

Khali ran a bit faster until she tripped over a stick. She fell over and tumbled around. Instead of getting angry though, she started cracking up laughing.

“Sure,” Hazel smiled lightly and laid down. “Thanks for protecting me, Timmy. What he was saying wasn’t true. He was just jealous.” She looked down after saying that.

Timmy nodded his head, then started licking his injured leg. It was actually bleeding a little, and almost looked infected, but he was licking it to clean it.
