Khali forgot about Hazel as well and accidentally fell asleep right where she was. She loved having a mate.

After the long run, settling down with his mate relaxed Caiden too much. Soon he too, accidentally fell asleep.

Hazel glanced over to see that both of them had fallen asleep. She crept out of the den. She decided to leave Vito because he too had fallen asleep. She ran in the direction that Timmy had left in.

Hunter took a break from howling, and listened for any signs of other wolves in the area. Hearing none, he decided to give one last howl of warning before he went on his way. "Ahhhoooo...." He howled in the night.

Hazel heard the howl and howled back. She hoped it had something to do with finding Timmy.

Hunter heard the other howl. He howled once again, and was howling in warning of danger. He started walking in the direction that he heard Hazel in.
