Timmy chuckled. "Birds aren't sleeping anymore." He obviously heard Sherbert's howl of pain. He walked closer to her wagging his tail slightly.

Timmy smiled when he saw her step back. "What's the matter?" He asked mockingly. "Scared of a little piece of glass?" He laughed like he knew it was there. "Careful." His tail was beginning to wag faster as he continued to walk closer to her.

Sherbert accidentally put all her weight on her paw as she tried to stand tall and hold her ground, unsure of what he was doing. She howled in agony again, even louder this time. She jumped back and immediately turned her attention to her paw. How'd he know it was glass? she asked herself.

Owl's head shot up when he heard a howl in the distance. Wonder who that was, he wondered.

"You keep hurting yourself." Timmy said through his teeth with enjoyment. He was really wagging his tail now and was getting very close to Sherbert now.
By now Caiden had turned back around and was watching the two of them.

A tear ran down Sherbert's cheek. She might be beta but she was much smaller than Timmy. "What is wrong with you?" she whispered.

"Nothing." Timmy said, now slightly towering over her. There was a slight hidden grawl deep in his throat.
"Timmy." Caiden suddenly spoke up. "Don't hurt her. She's a female, a small one at that, not another male."
