Sherbert lifted her head from her paws, "Come in," she called, yawning.

Hazel limped into her den.

Blazer smiled and licked her cheek. "You will, my dear, you will." He promised.

She smiled at him and put her head on her paws.
(She had pups in another pack and failed to protect them from a male thay killed them during a food shortage)

Hazel limped into her den.

"Yes Hazel?" Sherbert asked, sitting up.

Chandi smiled as soon as he got the go ahead and leapt at the mouse gracefully, cat like. He caught it again and brought it to her.

"Not again," Brynn pouted. She walked away and sat down.

Tayuga watched her quietly, neither him nor Chandi ever talked much.
