Hazel found Hato. She limped over to him.

Hato was laying down on the ground with his paws over his face. He was crying to himself.

"Okay," Brynn said quietly. She pushed into her mother.

"Hato, w-where is Timmy?" Hazel looked around.

Hato paused when he heard Hazel's voice. Not moving, he asked, "Did you talk with Sherbert?"

Alexander laid down next to her, though he wasn't exhausted. His tail was still wagging wildly.

Alexander and Jock was coming back from a hunt. They had caught a couple of quail, and Alexander brought his to his pregnant mate.

(So how far into her pregnancy is she? Still the beginning or are we skipping a bunch of time?)
Ginger was laying down inside of their den. She was very hungry.

Hato paused when he heard Hazel's voice. Not moving, he asked, "Did you talk with Sherbert?"

"Yes, I did," Hazel told Hato. "Did he go back to the den?" she tried asking again.
