Álfr growled at him again but went back to digging, her tail swishing slightly with her movements.

"Would I lie to you?" Owl asked, a little hurt by the notion.

Blazer ended up laying his head down. He was actually very tired, though he didn't dare to fall asleep should Álfr attack him while he was.

Jock paused. "I don't know...." He said dragging it out. "I haven't known you that long..."

Álfr came across a root and nearly snarled at it as she ripped it from the ground. It landed not far from Blazer. She dug furiously, determined to get him out of her site as soon as possible.

Owl snorted still and trotted off so he could get started on his new den.
