Khali noticed that he walked away and ran after him. "What are you doing?" Khali asked Caiden with a hint of confusion in her voice.

Caiden jumped to the side. "Hi! Ahh...." He was confused, and had forgotten that she was there too.

Hazel pushed into Timmy. She was shaking very hard. She could still feel the burn of the fire. Her eyes were overflowing with tears, but Timmy made her feel better.

Timmy laid his head on her licking her a little hoping that this would bring her comfort.

Caiden jumped to the side. "Hi! Ahh...." He was confused, and had forgotten that she was there too.

"Did you forget that I was even there or something?" She asked him while getting a bit angry.

Timmy laid his head on her licking her a little hoping that this would bring her comfort.

“You’re not going to leave, right?” She asked him in a quiet shaky voice. All that she could think of was the last time this had happened. She was having a hard time knowing what was real and what wasn’t. She just had to be sure.

“You’re not going to leave, right?” She asked him in a quiet shaky voice. All that she could think of was the last time this had happened. She was having a hard time knowing what was real and what wasn’t. She just had to be sure.

Timmy shoke his head. "No," he said in a quiet trust worthy sounding voice, "I'm not going to, my mate." He promised. "See? I proved you wrong on that." He thought to himself contented.

"Ahhh...." Caiden looked at her wide eyed. He had, but he wasn't so sure he wanted to tell her that. "I, uh, don't know?"

Khali looked down, she was kind of embarrassed that she got so angry at a total stranger. She wanted to learn more about him. "So, you want to tell me about yourself?" She asked trying to change the subject.

Timmy smiled at that. It brought back memories when him and Hato would say that to each other when they were pups. "I love you too." He told her.
