"Yeah, I need to know about you if we're going to be friends right?" She asked filled with excitement.

"Ahhh... Friends?" He asked almost sounding like he suddenly didn't trust her at all. He chuckled shyly. "I don't have any friends anymore." He came out forward. He remembered Timmy calling him a friend, and now looking back, Caiden realized that all Timmy ever did was use him.

Timmy smiled at that. It brought back memories when him and Hato would say that to each other when they were pups. "I love you too." He told her.

Hazel smiled at him. She still had tears in her eyes. Timmy was the only one to ever tell her that. She couldn’t remember her parents, and her brother never said it. She nuzzled him a little.

"I've never had a friend before." Khali said with a sad tone while looking down. She'd only ever had family and even then, they had never really paid attention to her.

"They can be traders." Caiden said in resentment of Timmy. "See how he was!"
