Caiden tried peeking over to them from where he was. "I wonder what they're like. I don't think I've ever seen pups before." He whispered to himself.

"I'll, ah, catch you around." Caiden told her before trotting off in the direction that he had originally met her at.

Khali watched him with a sad face as he walked away. She looked back over at the pups who were sleeping and her tail started wagging again. Thoughts about them clouded her mind. "What will they be named? What are they like? Will they all look their parents or will they look different?" Because of this, she forgot about Caiden shortly.

Milly: it is sad, but it won't stay that way. *she said before continuing.* the alpha female spoke quietly to them, not wanting the others to hear. It was her time, she knew and accepted that. Enzo and lilly watched their mother slowly walk off, leaving lilly now as the alpha female of their pack. The two siblings grew distant after that, mostly due to enzo's jealousy. He had tried many times to take over the pack after that, before she chose an alpha male. Which he did not succeed. She found a mate she loved more then anything. A strong and wise young wolf called tanner. He was a rogue at first and had caused trouble for the pack many times before that. But during one nasty winter storm, the two were forced to shelter together. They didn't get along at first, but they had no choice but to try, so that they could stay worm. During the three days they were trapped. They got to know each other, she got to know and understand his reasons. He had a younger sister and two younger brothers that really needed the food that they hunted from her territory. So she agreed to let them hunt there for a while. Meanwhile, enzo, thinking his sister had died, began taking over the pack, trying to take the alpha male spot. When she got back, with tanner behind her, she realized this. She confronted her brother. He was larger then her, and stronger to. But she is smarter, and faster, for every attack he tried, he missed. She caught like this for a long while, wanting to tire him out. When that finally happened, she chased him out. Though his supporters, three older wolves called tank, kalla, and striker ambushed her. Tanner blocked them just before they got to the tired alpha female. Lilly's packmates helped to chase them off. After a few months of peace, the warm seasons came around again, and tanner and Lilly's first pups were born. It was when her second litter was born tough, that enzo returned with three pups of his own in tow. The male had learned his lesson and wanted to make up for his past mistakes and rejoin the pack with his pups. It took a while for her to trust him again, but eventually she did, and allowed him and the pups in. They lived the rest of their lives happy in this very mountain range. Their pack still exists even today.
