"You threatened the pup and stop talking about Hunter. Hunter this, Hunter that. I DON'T CARE! Don't you see! I don't care about any of that! I care about you! I hate you but I don't. I want to be with you but I don't! You're so confusing and can be so kind and caring but you're not really are you? You're just like they say, a heart of ice, incapable of love," she was becoming a blithering mess but she didn't care, nothing mattered in this world anymore. Her pups were gone, her mate was gone, her pack was gone. And now, even when she'd tried making a new life. Now that was gone too. She sighed, then took a deep breath, clearing her thoughts. "Goodbye Blazer." she said before bolting in the direction of the nearest cliff.

Caiden ran around Khali excitedly, then snuggled up to her. "Mates for life." He said contented.

Timmy limped along slowly. In one part of him, he wanted to tell Hazel that if she wanted to, she can bring Jax along, or hang with or something, but the other part of him feared that Jax would steal her away from him. Jax's words about them not allowed to be mates really hurt Timmy. Timmy decided he'd never trust Jax. Ever.

"But that's the problem, is you are related," Sherbert gave a short, bark like laugh, "I can't, I just can't," she said, her voice slightly higher than usual. "This is wrong on so many levels."

BTW, Alfr has a really messed up backstory that I could probably make into a book...

Blazer grew silent. He decided it was best to just listen. He stayed back for awhile, but when he observed the direction that Álfr was heading in, he feared that she might accidentally fall off a cliff and get hurt. So he tore off after her. He decided it best not to follow, but to take another route to cut her off from danger.

"Oh yes, is it that obvious," she giggled. "Who said we wanted to be "mates?"

(Blazer too. A little piece about him: he had a mate, they had pups together, and they were the Betas. Blazer killed another wolf, supposedly bribed to do so, gets kicked out of the pack, and at some point, his original mate disappears, and nobody knows why.)
