Hunter instantly recognized the name Timmy. "Is this wolf someone you know? Are you Caiden?" Hunter asked. He didn't think she looked like a Caiden, but Timmy said he was looking for a Caiden, so he wondered.

It was definitely Timmy. “No, I’m not Caiden. He returned to camp, but I am that wolf’s mate,” she said shakily.

Hunter stared hard at her. "I'm sorry." He said quietly. "Stick with me and be very careful. If I say run, you run." He warned her.
