Hazel tried to stay with him. She hoped they would be able to catch it, and that she wouldn’t be the reason why they wouldn’t.

Brynn sneezed again. She took tiny steps toward Jock. Her teeth began chattering.
Timmy slowly started going faster and faster the more he smelled the goat. He moved smoothly through the snow towards his target.

Jock watched Brynn. "Why- you shivering like that is reminding me that I'm cold!" Jock joked.

Hazel followed. She wished she had good hunting skills like he had.

Brynn walked up to Jock. Once she finally got to him, she snuggled into his fur. She didn’t care that she didn’t know him. She was just cold.

Ginger nodded sleepily. She needed to rest but cared to much about her pups. She began to lick them slowly.
Alexander watched, and couldn't help himself, but to help. He started licking the firstborn.

Jock smiled at the pup. "Why, youah adorable!" He told Bryyn. "Someone's lost without ya."

Hazel spotted it as well. She copied his movements. She slowly stepped toward the goat.

Brynn was starting to feel tired, but she needed to get out of the cold. She hoped wherever Jock was going to take her was safe.

Timmy noticed that Hazel was copying him, so instead of going right at the goat and getting a possible chase, he decided to circle around the goat and lead it towards Hazel.

Jock walked slowly through the snow swaying as he went. "Shouldn't be too much fathah." Jock told Brynn.
