Becky slowed down. Hearing what Taiyo said, she tried her best to be quiet. She looked at what Taiyo was looking at, and noticed the bald eagles. Her tail started wagging again.

He blushed everytime her tail wagged. "A pair," he whispered, "they mate for life you know." He glaned over at her smiling, "kind of like us wolves."

(I was thinking swans but eagles seem to fit better, do you get swans in Maine?)

(No swans in Maine, but we do have Bald Eagles. )

"Wow- really?" Becky responded amazed. Her eyes were locked on the beautiful birds. A smile quickly formed on her face. "Like us wolves." Went through her mind and her eyes slowly looked at Taiyo.

(Yep! These are the Antler Mountains, a made up place by me, are supposed to be beautiful. Just imagine a magnificent Bald Eagle flying through them. )

(There is Swans in Massachusetts, and my Mom saw them there once. )
