Blazer entered the den and sat a deer leg by Álfr.

Álfr opened her eyes slowly and smiled at Blazer before gently getting up so as not to disturb the pups while she ate her much needed meal.

Caiden jumped over to her. "We're-" Caiden had excitement in his voice, "we're, uh, we're?" Caiden couldn't figure out a word to call themselves.

Khali looked over at him. She looked back down to the snow and began to eat it again.

Hilina paused. "Innocent?" She whispered. "He's attacking my friend."

Marcus got out of his trance and shook his head. "Hey! That's not fair!" He said and pinned her down more. He chuckled.

“Is too!” Dahlia brought her head up, trying to lick him once more.

Once Chandi had left, Brynn slept alone. She woke up and stretched.
