Blazer looked at Álfr. Trying to defend himself, he blurted out, "And how do you know if he's trust worthy? Alexander is just angry at me and is the real one seeking my distruction!"

"Angry, you've got that right!" Alexander snarled at Blazer. "Still trying to get over what you did to my only brother, the best Alpha we've ever had, Hunter. But that's not why I accidentally opened my mouth and is talking now. I'm just upset of what's happening now. You'll do it again, Blazer, you'll do it again."

“I don’t like that wolf. And he might be angry with you, but he has every right! You killed his brother Blazer, and yet he still loyally follows you, yes, he’s got spirit and stands up for what he believes is right for the pack but that’s more than I can say for you right now. You can’t blame his anger on you sneaking around being dodgy. I thought you changed, heh, I guess I was wrong, you know most of this pack will follow me if I leave. Come clean Blazer, I won’t be lied to by another mate, I’m prepared this time.” She was breathing heavily, angry and scared and hurt and confused. Whip crawled over to her mother, not understanding.

Blazer raised his hackles with a grawl. He was starting to look for a fight, and didn't care with who. "What I'm doing with Anthony is none of anyone's business!" Blazer snapped.

Alexander cowered down again with his tail in between his legs. His courage was quickly running out. "Get back into the den, Dexter." He whispered to his son. Above anything, Alexander knew he had to protect his family, even if he couldn't protect himself.

Blazer raised his hackles with a grawl. He was starting to look for a fight, and didn't care with who. "What I'm doing with Anthony is none of anyone's business!" Blazer snapped.

Alexander cowered down again with his tail in between his legs. His courage was quickly running out. "Get back into the den, Dexter." He whispered to his son. Above anything, Alexander knew he had to protect his family, even if he couldn't protect himself.

“Well then goodbye Blazer,” Álfr said with tears in her eyes. Turning, she called out, “Come on pups, let me take you on your first hunt!” knowing she wasn’t doing that but merely getting them away from Blazer. She couldn’t trust him, not after what happened with her last mate. She walked at a dignified pace with her head held high, barely managing to keep herself from breaking down.

Whip followed her mother without question, even letting out a small growl toward her father but quickly grew fearful and darted back under her mother.

“Well then goodbye Blazer,” Álfr said with tears in her eyes. Turning, she called out, “Come on pups, let me take you on your first hunt!” knowing she wasn’t doing that but merely getting them away from Blazer. She couldn’t trust him, not after what happened with her last mate. She walked at a dignified pace with her head held high, barely managing to keep herself from breaking down.

Whip followed her mother without question, even letting out a small growl toward her father but quickly grew fearful and darted back under her mother.

Blazer grawled a bit. He assumed that Álfr wasn't really leaving forever and expected for her to come back when she 'cooled didn't. "Yep!" He barked. "See you when you get back." He then turned his attention to Alexander who was cowering. Alexander grawled a little and slowly backed into his den hoping that there would be no more trouble. Blazer rolled his eyes and went off in the opposite direction to go find Anthony.

Gerald was a little hesitant. He came out of the den watching his father. Then he followed his mother.

Owl heard the howl and was beyond confused, he followed it and caught up to Álfr but she was too upset to talk and lifted a lip in warning to him. He bowed his head but followed her, wondering if this had anything to do with Blazer sneaking about with another wolf lately.

"Oh, I just got back." Hilina replied. She wanted to tell King about Hunter's scent, but wasn't sure if she should. She thought maybe telling Alexander, Hunter's brother.

"Oh" he replied, sitting down. "Anything interesting happened while I was gone?" He asked, not expecting much of an answer.

Gerald followed his mother slowly behind. Even though she had said they were going on a hunt, he doubted that was what was really going on. Hoping it was, he started sniffing the ground of all it's strange sounds.

Alexander heard Álfr's howl, but he didn't get up to follow. He was better at getting walked all over than standing up, he only had his rank due to his talents, nothing else. He laid down in his den and called his pups to him. Then he started licking Baxter's wounds from a few days before when he had wandered away.

Blazer quickly found Anthony. Hearing Blazer approaching, Anthony stopped and turned to say something sly or cocky. But to his surprise, Blazer leaped at him in fury before he could say a word and pinned him to the ground with a loud snarl. "You little troublemaker!" Blazer barked at him. "Hey, I did nothing." Anthony denied. Blazer bit Anthony hard. "Help!" Anthony shouted. "There's no-"

A low grawl interrupted Blazer's sentence. He looked up to see a large thin wolf standing not too far away. Anthony smiled. "I got what you wanted." He whispered to Blazer. "Right there for the pickings!" Blazer slowly got off of Anthony to face off with the Loner, and Anthony faked hurt. "Oh, he's so mean and bad!" Anthony played up. "He's a murderous beast that only seeks destruction. He even turned on his own family!" Anthony cried pitifully as he crawled to the Loner. The Loner stood strong to defend Anthony from Blazer.

Once close to the Loner, Anthony gave a slight tail switch as if to signal something. With that, both wolves attacked the Loner. Strongly, the Loner fought back with all of his strength.
