Álfr split off from Uhtred in order to surround the other wolf, still confused, but too angry to really care. The look in her eyes was angry and feral, no one would get past her in that moment. She barely noticed the young wolf the loner seemed to be protecting.

(I think it would be really interesting! I also don't know much about foxes, but you got me interested. I just finished reading through a fox hierarchy article and it seems quite fun to roleplay.)
Dexter looked at the wall and wondered how a bug was able to do that. "I hope he doesn't come back." Dexter said before licking his sister again.
Alexander smiled a little. "Being a family of Loners? How about us becoming a new Pack?" Alexander replied. "Then we wouldn't have to worry about no Alpha bullying us around." The past with the original Alpha before Hunter just came into mind. For whatever reason, Alexander had a history of Alphas bullying him, even though his rank. "It doesn't sound that bad." Alexander added. Little did his mate know, that Alexander was really a coward, and never would be brave enough to do anything that they were talking about.
Caiden panted heavily as he caught up. "I. Don't. *Gasp* Know." Caiden replied between breaths.
Ted's warning didn't scare Blazer one bit. Blazer was going in for the attack. When he felt as though Álfr was in the right position, he launched himself at Ted.

"Mm-hmm. Me too." She said in a quiet voice. Her tears started to slow down, thanks to her brother's comfort.
"Well, I guess it doesn't sound too bad. I just don't know how we would be able to start a new pack." She said. "It would probably be pretty difficult to run away and then just act as Alphas for our own, brand new pack." She couldn't tell if Alexander was being completely serious about all this. All she knew was that if he really did want to leave and start a new pack, she was all for it.
Khali slowed down even more, so that she was near walking speed. "Is that better?" She asked Caiden. "Or should we just take a break?"
Dexter licked Nutmeg a little bit more before starting towards their parents. "Come along, Nutmeg." He encouraged.
"Yeah, but I still think it's a good idea." Alexander stood up and went to the door. "I'll be back soon." He told her a little excited about all they were talking about.
Caiden plopped down. "A. Break. Sounds. Good." He panted heavily.
