Hunter agreed. "You know where it is. Mind leading the way?" Hunter asked politely.

Brynn shrugged and began to walk away, trying to avoid anymore arguing. Owen just didn’t understand. All Brynn wanted was some fun, the excitement of an adventure, the thrill of a hunt, but all she ever was allowed to do was sit safely in their boring, old den.

“Aw, I bet, it’s going to be fun!” Hazel told her family. “But before we go, we need to go over some things. First, no walking off on your own. Second, whatever we tell you to do, you do it. And third, don’t do anything you aren’t sure of without asking first,” she went over the rules. “We just want to keep you safe and have fun,” she told her pups. “Timmy, do you have anything to add before we head off?” she asked him with a gentle smile.

Owen jumped in front of her and grawled a little. "Dad said for everyone to stay in the den." He told Brynn threatenly. He raised his hackles a little. He felt as if he was left in charge and he wasn't going to let anyone disobey. Well, at least do the best he could, anyways.


Timmy smiled listening to Hazel. He paused to think. "Ahh... Listen to your mother?" He replied not quite sure of what to say. He whispered to Hazel, "I think you covered everything, dear."

Cody stood on his back feet. "Ok!" He said all excited.

*korrin nodded and headed quickly in that direction.*

*Tallulah was nice chasing down a couple of deer with the hunting party. one doe, and a buck. She was chasing to tire one out enough to take it down. The chase lasted for a while before the buck stumble, soon finding it's self surrounded by the wolves, each one taking a turn to charge, and pull back as it turned to them to fight. Tallulah saw a quick chance and charged in to, managing to get the buck by it's antlers, wich gave the others the chance to bite without that threat, and though she wasn't the one to give the killing bite, they had the buck downed shortly after. When she was sure the buck was dead, she released her bite.*

Tallulah: {the pack will eat well tonight} *she thought as she looked over their hard won prize. She knew hato wasn't in camp, so she lifted her head and howled to let everyone know that food would soon be there.*

“Was that supposed to be scary?” Brynn raised her own hackles, mocking Owen. “You know, the more you act like this and tell me to stay, the more I want to leave,” she told him. She went around him.

Hazel chuckled then licked Timmy.

Aspen jumped up like Cody.

Owen grawled louder. He took offense to Brynn's mocking of him. As she passed by, he nipped at her shoulder with a grawl.

Timmy stood there smiling. He licked her back.

"Can we go now?" Cody asked as he spun around. He was ready to go.

Caiden helped in taking down the buck. He sat down and waited for whatever Tallulah wanted him to do next. He listened to the Alpha's howl and wished he could howl that good. At least, for his mate, Khali.

*korrin ran until she caught their fresh scent in a small clear area, along with that of a herd of deer.*

*Tallulah listened for any responses as she gave the party to chance to catch their breath before they drag the deer home with them.*

Sofia kept coming, though she just wanted to sit in awe of the amazing world that was around her.

Laufen sniffed around. He spotted an odd-looking hole in the ground and crept toward it. What was small enough to live in there?

Brynn pulled away. Her rage got the better of her, and she turned on Owen. She furiously closed her eyes and grabbed a hold of him and dug her teeth into him until she tasted blood. It wasn’t until she opened her eyes that she realized what she had done. Shocked, she stepped away from Owen. She swallowed hard, began trembling, and continued to step away from him out of fear of what she had done.

“Yes, we can go now,” Hazel told him. She started off, making sure to allow her pups to catch up.

Aspen spun around, chasing her tail. She then turned to follow her mother.

“That makes more sense then,” Uhtred said. His stance got more relaxed and so did his tone when he heard Blazer’s deep howl join the mourning.

Hato was starting to get irritated by Chandi. "Ok." He finally said. He tried to keep his tone calm as not to alarm Chandi. "I won't force you to stay in one spot for a week, if you'd prefer it that way." Hato turned and started back towards the camp. "You better come along, or you'll either starve or a Fisher Cat will eat you."

In his sorrow, Jock barely noticed anyone else joining in.
Blazer dragged himself as far as Jock's den, but didn't go in. He looked in and saw what had happened. He felt sad for both Ade and Jock. He lifted up his head and let out a mournful howl.

Alexander stopped with his pup Dexter when he heard the howling. "What's going on?" Dexter asked his father. "A death has happened in the pack." Alexander replied as his mind instantly went to the worse- Blazer. Thankfully, his mind was put in peace when he heard Blazer joining in with the howling. He soon lifted his head to join the howl and Dexter copied his father.

(Ok. That's fine with me. )

Chandi slowly followed, but not on the ground, he made sure to stay in the trees.

Álfr was the first to stop. She sat and waited patiently for the rest. She knew Ade would be mourned for some time.

Ashera stopped and marveled at all the different places the howling was coming from.
