“I was scared they’d lost the alpha male, but he just joined the howl, so I’m not sure who died,” Uhtred said, still listening.

Hunter stopped at the clear area. He moved his ears forward to listen for anyone else around. "They must be hunting." He whispered quietly.

Caiden caught his breath and went over to Tallulah.

Sofia looked for her mother. She didn't notice the hole that Laufen was looking at.

"Hey, you two!" Hilina had stopped howling and noticed that her pups was wondering away from the den. She went up to them and gave a slight grawl of warning to warn them that they were in trouble for escaping.

Owen was shockingly quiet through it all. He was more in shock than anything. He had never been hurt so badly before, especially by one of his siblings. He stood there in disbelief with his mouth open.

Timmy smiled and waited to follow the pups. He wanted to make sure none of them trailed off or lagged behind.

Cody yipped in excitement. He raced ahead of Hazel and stopped. "Come on, Mommy!" He called excitedly.

Álfr was the first to stop. She sat and waited patiently for the rest. She knew Ade would be mourned for some time.

Ashera stopped and marveled at all the different places the howling was coming from.

Hato made it back to the camp. He was there when he stopped and sat down. He thought he heard his mate howling in the distance. "Sounds like she caught something." He said to himself.

(That's ok.)
Jock finally stopped too. He didn't want to stop, but being an older wolf, he had worn himself out too much. He laid back down with his head laying on his mate. He whimpered quietly.
Blazer quieted down too.

Alexander stopped howling, too, along with Dexter. "Let's go." He told his pup before heading back to the camp. He wanted to find out who they had lost.

Korrin: yea, hunting on another's territory is typically avoided for loners though.

Tallulah: let's get this buck back now. *she grabbed it by the antlers and started pulling.*
