The Awesome Meyer deal... not much variety.. what did you get?

I just got my awesome meyer deal in the mail this morning, $35 (including shipping) for 25 'Rainbow Layers'. I got what looks like half EEs, 2 barred rocks, and half RIR? Not as much variety as I was hoping though... how about you?

Hmm, the special is supposed to be no less than 5 different breeds from what the ad said - I'd call and check on that - I ordered mine for next week, so I will let you know.

I can't tell them apart! I called Meyer, and explained that I could only identify 3 different kinds of birds, and they said "It's possible that they ran out of different kinds at the end." HELLO? Guarantee? so now I'm disappointed. Looks like RIR, EE and 2 BR. are there any other chipmunky breeds?

eta: the ee are apparently welsummer.

We had a chipmonky looking one and it turned out to be a Brahma (a mean roo at that, LOL)

Chipmunk colored chicks could be any of the following breeds: meyer has all 4 breeds
speckled sussex
light brown leghorn
golden phoenix
welsummer​

how can you tell a welsummer from an EE?

Welsummer chicks have very defined, dark Vs on their heads. (See the photos in Luke's post.) The EEs I've seen did not have that in their "chipmunky" looks.
