I couldn’t resist posting pictures. The four goslings arrived this am at 0600 with their chicken siblings. They are very entertaining and keep falling on their butts. That is getting better. My 6 year old named them Shimmer, Shine, Taleaha, and Levi. No names yet for the chicks.

One didn’t make the trip and another is very weak. She was very cold and I thought she was gone till I noticed her still holding up her head. So we’re giving her drops of electrolytes and warming. Fingers crossed.

Thank you. The geese are eating up a storm and of course pooping. The gander will hopefully figure out walls soon since he has ran into a few. I don’t think he has figured out how to stop yet. The lethargic chick is still alive but has never opened her eyes and can barely stand. She will drink the electrolyte water. So there is still hope.

So the Wyandotte chick didn’t make it but everyone else is doing great. Levi is playing king of the bowl.

I love the baby geese voices. They are so cute. But boy they are way messier than the chicks.

Thank you Miss Lydia. Everyone is doing great this morning. New bedding, food, and water stimulated eating and running around for about 1/2 hour and now everyone is sleeping.

Well they really seem to enjoy their first chopped clover, grass, and dandelion salad.
