I'm glad you got everything straightened out.
Banks do screw up sometimes. One time I called to check my balance and the lady told me I was over drawn. She then started telling me all these places in town where my bank debit card was used. I knew I had never went to any of those places. Thinking someone had used my card, I ripped up that card and they sent me a new one.
Come to find out it was a mistake. My account was fine
