He smiled at the sight... thinking is odd how they were so similar to Melody. They were the same, nose was a little different, all their lip were different though . Callabine's hair darker. Better figure too. He blushed then set it down(Same difference.)
It was a picture of a much younger Callabine with an older female Centaurian who looked almost exactly like her. They were laughing at the camera and there were no scars or lines on Callabine's face.
He sighed. I can go with you for a few days, but I cannot dwell there. I need to stay here at the palace or on the Celestial moon, or go on missions. Yet I do not think you safe from shadow except for on the moon or by my side."Early, you ask if I wanted to go to the colony, truth be told, I don't know, I honestly haven't been there yet" she kept her eyes closed, memories of when she meet Xenox came to her mind
"Come on Leyal" Moro said, trying to get to shy sister to go quicker as they head to Moro new employer "Don't worry" he assured her "You'll like him"
She looked at him doubtfully, it was because of her he couldn't find a job, he wouldn't abandon her. She slightly quicken pace as they got closer to a house, it was a nice size, flowers bloom everywhere. Moro knocked on the door, she hide behind her older brother. The door open
Xenox stood there, his hair back then a wee bit longer, he looked at Moro "Hello Moro!" he said cheerfully "were your sister?" he looked around, then he saw Leyal hiding behind him, he smiled kindly at her, she study him, his eyes were, kind yet sad.
"Can she write?" He asked Moro, a shameful look filled Moro face "Ho sir, the school wouldn't let her join" Xenox shook his head "Why wouldn't they let this smart young girl join?" He knew why, but not the less ask.
"Because she a mute"
Xenox shook his head "Mute or not, she should be able to write, even if I have to teach her" Leyal stared at him.
Moro jaw went slack "You, you would?" he asked
And he did teach her to write, read, weave, all of that, even more then the other girls in the village knew.
