Illykran held Fyra tightly against him. The Shrine was well below ground and Life water flowed freely from it. The room was actually a cave with many shining colors and full of beautiful vines growing exotic fruit on them. The Shrine was a glowing sculpture of the light mother, said to be connected to the other realm, and only those worthy could receive a blessing.

Nostros touched it and closed his eyes muttering a prayer. It was long while then he looked exhausted when he finished. He looked at Illykran. "If she finds you worthy, she will allow you to share your gift.... you must touch the waters while holding onto your wife..... but know that the future can still bring death to either of you through injury." He then stepped away.

Illykran approached the waters. "Is this alright with you my love?" He asked.

"Yes."

Illykran touched the without hesitation. He closed his eyes. Soon the incredible blue hue of light from the waters surrounded him. Then they surrounded Fyra. It was like a warm hug and a feeling of peace. "I bless you. You are not cursed oh Centaur. You have served us all well." A musical whisper spoke then all went silent and the light went back to the waters.

Illykran wiped some tears from his eyes. Then he kissed Fyra on the cheek.
