Cocking a brow, Sandie took over.

Battik went to the engine room, where he had placed a device. He activated it. It would jam signals for a few hours. He figured Riku was able the track them in and that it would be enough. He came out. "NO doubt they will follow us, we need to make a plan. And we need to get warning to Adrennia. If she was telling the truth."

"How?"

Collia unfurled her wings and flew to the shipyard. "Tigerstar wants us there, too," she said to Yule.

"Well don't just stand there!" Festus yelled to Titus, as he picked up on of the larger frames, sending it crashing through the center of the mass.

"Seraleena... may I call you Strophie?"  She fluttered down to the ground and stood on her feet.

Shera lay there trembling, she did not want this.  She shortly pulled her head to the side away from his kiss,  with another tear falling from the corner of her eye.  She inhaled a quivering breath  as feelings of fear, anticipation, and the response to his touch were effecting her.

"Aba ahuhu."  He white knuckled his sword. The frame now became a part of the creature and it shifted again.  The broken glass slowly was being sucked into it.  He held his sword up as other stallions were starting to surround it.




"Sooo you fool Festus, think you can threaten me with that sword?  I have more on you than you think, for instance your boy.   So sad you can't do anything to warn him now.  But if you cough up that sword I will make you a deal.. Valdan comes back to my loyalty, along with all of you... your family will be safe that way there will be no need to try and hide from me.... that is my only offer.  The herd should be together.... and if not my fist promise to you will be Auran's head shipped in a box to your tent. Among other things." 

"Sure." The cat jumped back to the ground in two leaps.

He felt her trembling, and didn't seem to respond with anything more than another kiss, after wiping away her tears with a paw.

He growled. "You dare threaten my family.... and your death will be my only promise to you." He lunged for the mirrors, taking out as many as he could in each strike.

"I love your fur, it is so pretty Strophie."  She gracefully sat don with her legs crossed, placing her hands on the ground.

Shera gently grabbed his hand with hers, still frightened, and she would flinch when his hand met a spot where she had been kicked.  She closed her eyes and felt guilt but she whispered. "Okay......."

The whole thing then shattered sending glass everywhere as his sword had managed to break the enchantment. 



Titus hand his arms over his face then started ripping his shirt of after it settled.  "Freaking Ouch!"  He shirt was full of shards.  The same with nearby stallions.  Festus seemed somehow protected from it.



Hellaina passed out after that.  "Momma!?"  Calliope shook her.  She got up and ran out looking for help.

"Thank you. We make it a point to keep well groomed." She echoed Agates earlier comment. She sat a few feet away, still very curious, but unsure about this Khol.

Auran woke up at his usual time, around dawn. In no hurry, he got dressed and started cleaning off his gear from last night's hunt.

"You okay?" -.^ He sheathed the sword now that all the mirrors there had been dealt with and shook out his feathers a bit.

"I have observed your grooming process."  She smiled.  "So, what do you do?"  She rested her head on her fists.

Shera grabbed a blanket after he got up and covered herself after a good stretch.   She didn't get enough sleep, and the mornings were too cold.   She braved it before but wasn't in the mood to do so today.  She lay there watching him clean the gear.

"No I am not okay.. that was  a bit high on the freak meter." Titus growled angrily shaking out his clothes.  "I am going with you to get this done quickly."  



Calliope was lost. "Festus!?"  She panted looking around frantically.  


"Whoah there filly."  A very young stallion caught her arm.  "Who are you looking for?"


"My stallion." She huffed, keeping her eyes away.  "Please let go I am in a hurry."


"Calm down calm down."  He pulled her against him and ran his hand down her back. "You have a good build. are you promised yet?"


Calliope shuddered and tucked her haunches, her fear trying to conquer, but she was not caving, her mother was first on her mind.  "Let go!"  She yanked away. 


He kept his grip.  "Let me look you over."  He checked her legs next.


"Stop!"  She kicked his hand off and broke free  then she bolted.  "Festus!?"  She didn't slow down. 


The Stallion rolled his eyes and followed after, but he wasn't going to run. "Come back.. I will help you find him."  He snorted. 


Calliope took a turn and hid.  Her heart racing.  She panted out of breath.

"We harvest the many foods around here, then send them to the underground warehouses for trading or feed." She blinked. "What are you doing here?"

He got up after a while, and without bothering with breakfast, left. Only this time to trade for some clothes for her along with a weapon for her training.

"I am an ambassador to my Empire."   She fiddled with the fruit in her hand then took a bite.

That stallion never came back for that challenge that had tried with her, but when she was fetching he eyed her from across the way. 

She was heading back and he approached her.   she said nothing to him nor did she look at him.  "Come to me..."

She huffed.  "I am a wife now... take it up with my stallion."  She kept briskly walking.  He backed off  then just started at her as she went back to their tent.  She prepped the food.  "Well... could be a lot worse."  She sighed to herself about Auran.  "He is very handsome... and he doesn't beat you like Valik, and you can talk... which is improving."  She face palmed.  Feeling odd trying to justify herself when she had no choice to begin with.

Titus huffed.  "I will meet you at your ship in a little while.. I need to have Diva remove a few things."  He growled having glass all over him.


Halaina was still unconscious with a bloody nose laying on the floor of the ship.

He came up behind Calliope as she wasn't so good at hiding.  He grabbed her tail and yanked her back to him then shoved her against the tent.  "NOW.  Stand still and let me look you over. Then I will help you find your stallion."  His voice was much harsher this time.  Calliope stood very still as he ran his hands all  over her.  "Yes.. you will do. Come he was at the arena."  He led Calliope to the arena after Festus had made his way back to the ship.  She was very nervous about him.

Auran finally got a jacket, that was for colder weather than they were having right now, but that would have to do. He also got another shirt approximately her size and a set of Sais for her training. He didn't particularly like that it reminded him of his father, but since he had found her with a dagger in the woods, he decided that would have been the most appropriate weapon.

"Okay." Festus came back to the ship, not seeing the stallion while on the way back. He came across Helaina and saw the signs of her probably being punched in the face with Calliope missing and growled, checking her over to make sure she would be okay before locking up the ship this time and looking for Calliope.

A small Moby stared sniffing the air as she walked by.  It was strange, she was unfamiliar with it.

Orb finally decided to stop pretending. "Bree I think you are too uncomfortable around me, please don't feel obligated. I am used to being rejected." He sat his drink down then pulled out his trade card to pay for the food.

Fyra looked crestfallen, but nodded somberly. "Alright."

"Yes," she whispered.

"...That's a hidden tracking device, from Kraken's tribe. Before we rebelled I was in both Barabus and Kraken's tribe... I could recognize it from anywhere. It's very dangerous, Sorrell."

"Good." He barged his way over and began eating.

"...It's not that, Orb. But, I don't want to run after somebody, if I'm just going to get heartbroken later.

"Its okay they finished the renovations, we have a 3 bedroom apartment attached to my office now. You can stay with me still. I don't want to be away that much." He kissed her.

Che blinked and got irritated. "Oh.... He found it on the ground I wonder who they were tracking? Yes I have heard about them they are bad guys.. definately take it, I'll wait here for you." She nodded and kissed his cheek.

Lola stacked everything she folded, then straightened out the sleeping mats. She looked around seeing nothing else to do but clean up after he ate. She then sat in the corner and waited.

Orb looked at her confused. "Wait... what are you referring to? I may be a Shandor but I am a faithful man... usually the females avoid me because of that alone. I have been close to a few and come back from my missions to find them with others. I figured I was just a bad bond. Elisa was never interested in me either, I just helped her and got side-walled and emotionally twisted. I have been carrying grief for months now. And regret.. I wanted to save her, but she reused to let me and died in my arms." He seemed to be getting angry now. "Being sent to kill one of your own kind can destroy who you are. I could not go through with it. She was such a sweet thing. And Menetack a close friend was in love with her.. how could I face him after doing it. They all think I did.. I lied and said I completed my mission. He won't talk to me."
