It squeaked and  pecked him but did not talk.




Jug twitched his tail as he watched.  Mysterion was also looking up at the window curiously, but was nestled between Jugs from paws

She looked back at them.  "Go away you little beasts!"

"Aww.. that's sad.  Home should be comfortable and a place you look forwards to going to."  She stroked unde his chin. "I hope that changes for you soon."  She then nuzzled his cheek a little with her nose.

Once it was their turn, they took them in as a pair.  Shera was uncomfortable being asked all these questions.  Then a needle came, going right for her injured shoulder.  "NO."  She stayed his hand. 




"Calm down mare its necessary you get this."  He growled swiping her hand out of the way.




Auran was being checked for a temperature.  "You feel off at all today?" The other medic asked.




Shera flinched and yelped at he grabbed that front leg. "You are hurting me..."  She cried.




He did stop  and slammed the needle into her haunches instead.  "Jacqus... we need to fix this one.. dislocated fore-shoulder."

"Well... I'd like to see you beat them too."  She folded the last blanket.

Fuzz dug through the branches, and putting a paw in the bird's back, he gathered both of the birds wingtips in his mouth in order to carry it.

They didn't seem the least offended and continued stalking it.




Flarluna was watching from a high branch above, unknown to the kittens.

"No." Auran answered.

Vladan probably had someone else do that already.

The bird tred flapping to get away and made a horendous noise o it.



Mysterion giggled down below. "Bwieeee!"  He pointed



Jug snickered.

"Help help someone help!"  She cried again.

?  Seraleena laid he head back down then dozed off again.

He nodded at Auran the injected him. "If you get a fever you will need treatment.  Is your mare in foal?  We lost one 2 hours ago.  They are faster to die from it."



Shera hissed at him as he reached for her leg again.  "I have felt worse go away." 



He rolled his eyes then Jacqus held her don while the 1st medic yanked her leg back into socket *SNAP*  Shera screamed.  The growled at him.  He pulled out a scanner and ran it over her body.

"Hmmm.. "  She sighed. She then picked up his empty meat plate and took it to the kitchen.  "You boy.. he was quite handsome.. You did good."  She mentioned.  "I could see you in his face."  She brought him more brew.  This time sitting closer.

Fuzz took it down and while dragging it, walked off too find Torid.

The kittens backed off.

Fuzz continued washing.

"No." Auran replied once again.

He growled. "Don't bring it up. Not now."

Torrid was outside his office talking to a curator when he saw Fuzz.  "What have you got ?"   He walked over and picked up the bird.

She flapped up into a tree and glared down at them. "Oh I see if you think you will get caught you will back off.. Is that how it is?"

A few minutes later Seraleena woke up.  "Oh... your tea.. I should get you some."   She blinked.

The medic growled as he read the scan. "Take her back and rest her more.. I don't have to time to treat her until the colony is vaccinated.  I will send a healer later.... unless you want me to leave her as she is"  He tossed him a vial of medicine for Shera.  "One as needed.  The others will be black market. you will have to pay for that stuff."


Shera looked away.

Hellaina nodded placing a hand on his shoulder and leaning closer to him. "Alright...  I am here for you though.  Okay."   She said softly.

"Bird." He spat out a feather.

"No." The one who caught the bird mewed.

"What tea?"

Auran caught the vial and facepalmed.

"Okay...."

"Yes I can see that... what for?"  Torid looked at the bird.  "You alright?"

The bird was silent. 

"Can you speak?"  He inquired.  "Fuzz did he make any sqwaks?"

"Then what."  She huffed.

"hmmm?"  Oh I must have been dreaming."  She rubbed her eyes.  "Cat nip tea."

"She got multiple fractures, mostly ribs.. and some of them are infected.  This is a few weeks old or so, but some re-opened.  She need antibiotics... and a few other things.  If you care the Healer will explain later."  He then sent them out after giving her another injection and then took on the next in line.

Shera folded her arms.  Feeling what he gave her she tilted a bit then caught herself.  She was far less stiff, but felt odd now.  "Don't trouble yourself with me.. I will be fine."  She refused to look at him.

She kissed him.  "I love you..."  She pressed her forehead against his and rubbed his arms softly.  She did keep he body away from him though

If you care the Healer will explain later." He then sent them out after giving her another injection and then took on the next in line.

Shera folded her arms. Feeling what he gave her she tilted a bit then caught herself. She was far less stiff, but felt odd now. "Don't trouble yourself with me.. I will be fine." She refused to look at him.

"Looks like you'll be staying in the tent for a while...."

Torrid laughed. "Okay it has a voice.. I will have it examined... it is not from here if it does not speak.. or is hiding something. Good work Fuzz." The bird hissed at Torid.

"Yes... we all do." She puffed her feathers out. "So do you.. what's it to you?"

She laughed. "I will make you some." She stretched then got up.

"And after a while you will think me useless and want to get rid of me." She looked down. "Your not going to want me later after that healer comes anyhow.. then I will go to some wife beater...." She mumbled.

Jug was laying there with a 'why me' look on his face. Mysterion was sitting on his back.

"I do... you will wear me out.. Go ask the rabbit if you can chase him." She pointed with a wing towards a thicket.

"I don't know why either.. I just want to be left alone... I was fine at home.. I wen to work 4 days a week and had a peaceful life. No stallion ever bothered me, except a flirt while I was working. The guy that brought me here was the only persistent one." Shera picked up the pace but was very unsteady on her feet. She managed to stumble inside the tent and then go lay down.

She got up and got him more hot cereal and a few more pieces of Bacon then brought it to him. "Here." Calliope came out to get her food then plane a hand on her mothers back as she kissed her cheek. Hellaina shied away as her hand touched her.

"Yes it does. " She picked a numit fruit and held it up to his mouth (like grapes only shaped like raspberries and taste like blackberry jam) "And we can have as much as we want." She sheepishly grinned with a slight giggle.

"Oh you bet we will." He quickly drew her up against him then twirled her away and yanked her back, kissing her. "This Shandor has some moves." He winked.

Ferris rubbed the thick lined on his arm and scowled. Then he got up and went for a walk heading into the woods while his laundry dried.

Barrett laughed. "Oh good!" he exclaimed and snatched the the fruit from her with his teeth. "'Cause I'm starved." he wiggled his eye brows at her, then laughed.

Kaliska smirked at her husband, "As long as you don't leave me for someone else." she snickered. "I wouldn't want her to have all the fun." she giggled, kissing his cheek.

Jasmine stopped eating, then looked out the window. "Dad? Where is Ferris going?" she asked, getting ready to stand up. "I thought he was going to eat dinner with us.." she gave her father a searching look. Braxton shrugged. "I don't know.... he said he was coming when his laundry was done." Jasmine rolled her eyes. "Dad! You should have told him to bring it in here. I could have done it along with our shirts." she got up. "I'm gonna go tell him. You eat." she said, and headed out the door. Braxton rose to his hooves, and peered out the window.
Merna snickered then stuff you." She covered her mouth giggling. "You're funny... Come on hungry boy let's feed you." She patted his belly then grabbed a plate.

Brenk huffed. "I could never do that... it not even possible anyhow." He dipped her back and kissed her lips again. "Lets cut a hole in this rug." He pulled her back upright.

Ferris found a berry bush just inside the treeline and started picking them and munching. His coat was dirty as well as his torso but his hands and face he had washed. He looked like he had taken a dirt bath only certain parts where his shirt had been covering him was somewhat clean.
Barrett snickered, grabbing a plate. He piled on different foods, then sat down to eat. "Yummy, yummy." he said.

"You got it baby." Kaliska purred, and drew herself close to him. She looked into his eyes, ready for him to lead.

"Ferris?" a clear voice rang out to him. Jasmine loped towards him, then stopped. "Oh, sorry, did you want to be alone?" she asked quietly, frisking her tail over her haunches.

Jasmine pulled out a chair for her father, then sat down. Braxton washed his hands, then sat down. They said grace, then began to eat. "Ferris is a good worker." Braxton grunted while eating. Jasmine nodded happily. "Good, I'm glad."

"Yes it does. " She picked a numit fruit and held it up to his mouth (like grapes only shaped like raspberries and taste like blackberry jam) "And we can have as much as we want." She sheepishly grinned with a slight giggle.

"Oh you bet we will." He quickly drew her up against him then twirled her away and yanked her back, kissing her. "This Shandor has some moves." He winked.

Ferris rubbed the thick lined on his arm and scowled. Then he got up and went for a walk heading into the woods while his laundry dried.

Barrett laughed. "Oh good!" he exclaimed and snatched the the fruit from her with his teeth. "'Cause I'm starved." he wiggled his eye brows at her, then laughed.

Kaliska smirked at her husband, "As long as you don't leave me for someone else." she snickered. "I wouldn't want her to have all the fun." she giggled, kissing his cheek.

Jasmine stopped eating, then looked out the window. "Dad? Where is Ferris going?" she asked, getting ready to stand up. "I thought he was going to eat dinner with us.." she gave her father a searching look. Braxton shrugged. "I don't know.... he said he was coming when his laundry was done." Jasmine rolled her eyes. "Dad! You should have told him to bring it in here. I could have done it along with our shirts." she got up. "I'm gonna go tell him. You eat." she said, and headed out the door. Braxton rose to his hooves, and peered out the window.
Merna snickered then stuff you." She covered her mouth giggling. "You're funny... Come on hungry boy let's feed you." She patted his belly then grabbed a plate.

Brenk huffed. "I could never do that... it not even possible anyhow." He dipped her back and kissed her lips again. "Lets cut a hole in this rug." He pulled her back upright.

Ferris found a berry bush just inside the treeline and started picking them and munching. His coat was dirty as well as his torso but his hands and face he had washed. He looked like he had taken a dirt bath only certain parts where his shirt had been covering him was somewhat clean.
Barrett snickered, grabbing a plate. He piled on different foods, then sat down to eat. "Yummy, yummy." he said.

"You got it baby." Kaliska purred, and drew herself close to him. She looked into his eyes, ready for him to lead.

"Ferris?" a clear voice rang out to him. Jasmine loped towards him, then stopped. "Oh, sorry, did you want to be alone?" she asked quietly, frisking her tail over her haunches.

Myrna laughed. She gathered things for herself then sat on a pillow next to him. "I am glad you asked me to come with you.. I feared I would be left out since my brother is married.. then again we have had many celebrations with him gone." (they eat at floor tables during events and sit on pillows, unless they are in an official dining hall)

"Oooh yeah." He smirked then picked up with the beat. moving her hips with his hand and in fluent step to the music. "Having fun?"

He was munching a handful of berries and turned to her with raised brows and a sad face. "I am okay with being alone." He sighed. "I didn't come in because the last time I had my shirt off you blushed. That, and I figured I needed time to think."
